Focus on the Family is seeking an accomplished fundraising executive to lead the long-term growth and performance of our mass donor portfolio. This strategic leadership role oversees donor acquisition, retention, reactivation, sustainer growth, creative strategy, segmentation, testing, analytics, forecasting, and integrated direct-response fundraising across direct mail and digital channels.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of strategic fundraising experience within a large nonprofit, fundraising agency, or comparable direct-response organization, along with demonstrated executive leadership and stewardship of multi-million-dollar budgets.

This is an opportunity to shape donor growth strategy for a nationally recognized Christian ministry while leading an experienced team and advising senior leadership on long-term fundraising performance and investment.

Salary Range: $129,168–$151,234
