PMG, a production management firm headquartered in Columbia, MD, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Production Manager to work with our nonprofit clients and their creative agencies on direct mail fundraising programs. As the first line of support for both clients and suppliers, the Senior Production Manager is expected to take full ownership of assigned programs under the direction of a Team Leader and lead all aspects of direct mail production, including developing proposals and program budgets, reviewing creative proofs and production setups, maintaining efficient workflows, strengthening client and supplier relationships, and ensuring consistently accurate billing.
