We’re looking for a Senior Account Director with 8+ years of experience in fundraising or direct response marketing to be the strategic lead for some of the nation’s most inspiring nonprofits. At Avalon, you won’t be flying solo—you’ll have a team of digital, creative, production, and analytics specialists at your side, and your role is to orchestrate their brilliance into campaigns that truly move the needle.
