We’re expanding our client service team and seeking a new Fundraising Program Manager to manage multi-channel direct response campaigns that deliver results. We’re looking for 2–3 years’ experience in non-profit fundraising, sharp Excel skills, and comfort with tools like Zoom, Teams, and Monday.com. Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills are a must, along with a passion for mission-driven work. Avalon is a fully remote, award-winning team that thrives on connection, inclusion, and fun—whether online or when we gather in person.
