Digital Account Director

Are you a digital strategist who wants to help raise money for incredible causes AND work alongside some of the brightest minds in the fundraising business? We are hiring a Digital Account Director to lead our teams and work on behalf of some incredible non-profits!

As a Digital Account Director you will direct and manage all areas of the digital fundraising and advocacy strategies for non-profit organizations. You will manage teams and maintain strong client relationships. Using your creative and analytical skills, you’ll lead your teams to develop innovative email, text and ad campaigns that get strong results.

We are looking for someone who loves the creative process just as much as analysis, and who has experience working with eCRMs such as Engaging Networks, Luminate Online and EveryAction.

You should have 7 to10 years’ experience in a direct response setting, and have experience with staff supervision.

Location is flexible. Salary range is $115,000-120,000 and we offer excellent benefits.
