Bruce Hammer, VP of Nonprofit Services at Path2Response, helps nonprofit organizations to acquire new donors. Bruce launched the Path2Response Fundraising division in 2016 and has aided hundreds of Nonprofits in overcoming their challenge to find new donors that conventional sources are unable to provide. In his career, Bruce has worked with some of the largest Fundraisers, Catalogers and Publishers in new donor/customer acquisition - Path2Response is a co-operative database that enables nonprofit organizations to acquire high value donors by combining technology, data and experience in a new way.
Jessica Harrington, President & Founder, The Harrington Agency, believes that we need a better way to create integrated campaigns and to bring big, bold ideas to the nonprofit industry. Jessica is known as one of the industry's most dynamic, exciting fundraisers. She's admired for her ability to pull truth and actionable recommendations from raw data, for her determination to seize every challenge as an opportunity, and for her bedrock belief that "best practices" are only the launching point for the results-boosting advances she creates. For over 25 years, Jessica has been working with nonprofit organizations to keep learning and testing new ideas, new technologies, and new concepts.
Roger Hiyama, Executive Vice President, Solutions & Innovation at Wiland, develops new product initiatives and data solutions to meet the everchanging needs of the nonprofit sector. He’s very focused on data trend analysis, mid-level and major donor fundraising, and new donor acquisition solutions using digital marketing. Dan Sonners, Vice President at Conrad Direct, has worked his entire 15-year career and during that time has helped a wide range of organizations acquire over 2 million donors through the power of direct mail. Having started out processing orders and filling in spreadsheets, Dan has spent his professional life in the list industry and quickly developed a passion for helping non-profit organizations acquire new donors, raise more money, and optimize their programs through better data and innovative strategies. Elected to the DMAW Board of Directors in 2020, Dan has established himself as a thought leader on the benefits of direct mail/digital fundraising integration and hosts the Dynamic Non-Profits Podcast which is dedicated to the topic.
