Dan Sonners, Vice President, Conrad Direct
Dan Sonners began his career in fundraising 16 years ago processing list orders and filling in spreadsheets. He quickly developed a passion for helping non-profits acquire new donors, raise more money, and optimize their programs with better data and innovative acquisition strategies.
Today, he is Vice President at Conrad Direct where he has worked his entire career. Over the course of his career he's helped acquire millions of donors for a wide range of non-profits and has emerged as a thought leader on the benefits of integrating direct mail, digital fundraising, and donor communication in order to deliver a superior donor experience.
A direct mail list broker by trade, Dan was able to enter broader industry discussions, raise his profile, and advance his career by publishing original content on LinkedIn, launching the Dynamic Non-Profits Podcast, and through a targeted networking strategy.
Dan has experienced the benefits of building a personal brand first hand and is eager to share his story and advice with young professionals. He believes personal brand building is critical for career advancement but is also vital for elevating new voices and building a more robust non-profit sector which attracts top talent. He was elected to the DMAW Board of Directors in 2020 and currently serves as DMAW Vice President and Incoming President for 2023.
Dan and his wife Jessica marked their 10-year wedding anniversary in July and live in Northern, NJ along with their German Shepherd Kona.
Olga Moshinsky Woltman, Founder & Principal, LemonSkies
Olga Moshinsky Woltman has worked with some of the most inspiring and transformative causes, including American Heart Association, the ALS Association, American Diabetes Association, and Special Olympics. With nearly two decades of strategic communications under her belt, Olga founded LemonSkies to help nonprofits build awareness, deepen connections, and raise funds through empathy and storytelling. Olga is a frequent guest on industry podcasts and hosts conversation series, People of Substance by LemonSkies, highlighting thinkers and leaders in the nonprofit industry.
Anthony Jones is the founder and owner of Anthony Jones Consulting, LLC, a digital marketing firm specializing in personal branding and LinkedIn growth strategies.
His path in the digital world began 20 years ago in the non-profit sector, where he spent two decades as the Director of Digital Marketing for Ducks Unlimited. There, he managed a range of successful digital initiatives, leading operations for the organization’s website, social media, email campaigns, and online fundraising programs. During his career, Anthony’s team grew the organization’s social media base to more than 2 million followers and raised over $40 million through their digital channels.
Today, Anthony provides digital marketing guidance to organizations in the non-profit and B2B sectors. Beyond his consulting work, Anthony shares his insights and experience more broadly as a content creator and keynote speaker. He specializes in helping companies grow their businesses using LinkedIn.
