Marc Almanzor, Senior Manager of Gift Processing, Medecins Sans Frontieres/Doctors Without Borders
Marc Almanzor is the Senior Manager of Gift Processing at Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders (MSF), where he leads the gift processing unit, ensuring donor gift information from all revenue channels arrives in the database efficiently and accurately.
As a PMI-certified project manager, Marc focuses on finding and implementing solutions that keep MSF’s fundraising machine well-oiled and running smoothly.
With over 20 years working in nonprofits, Marc has experience in Fundraising Operations, Major Gifts, Direct Marketing, Online Giving, Institutional Giving and Peer-to-Peer Fundraising. When he’s not working on MSF’s gift processing, Marc can also be found moonlighting on his Twitch channel, where he broadcasts several times a week to raise funds for various organizations around the country.
Marc holds a B.A. in History from Rutgers University and an M.A. in Diplomacy & International Relations from Seton Hall University.
Sehrish Saeed, Gift Processing Associate, Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders
Sehrish Saeed is the Gift Processing Associate at Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders.
Her current role involves managing data uploads, assisting with cyber security related projects, and conducting business analysis to improve processes around gift entry. Though she has taken on various projects during her career at MSF, her role in the development of the Fidelity Upload procedure with the help of her colleagues is her most impactful accomplishment since the start of her tenure. Sehrish is passionate about helping organizations improve efficiency around gift processing and coming up with creative data solutions to transform manual processes to automated processes.
Prior to this role, Sehrish has worked in various non-profits serving as an intern and assistant in the development department as well as spearheading a Salesforce implementation project at a local non-profit as a CRM manager during her college career.
Sehrish earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University-Newark in Public & Nonprofit Administration and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Information Systems at the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
