Nabil El-Ghoroury, PhD, CAE, is a seasoned clinical psychologist with over 25 years of experience in mental health. He uses both his clinical acumen and business savvy to provide high-quality, evidence-based psychological services to executives and leaders under stress. Nabil's clinical training includes a PhD in clinical psychology from Binghamton University, doctoral internship at SUNY Upstate Medical University, and postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Rochester. He spent seven years at MetroHealth Medical Center as a clinician and an educator to medical residents. Nabil contributed to the hospital and community as a founding member of Hispanic Clinic, a bilingual primary care clinic for the Latinx community, as faculty at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, and as a member of the Center for Reducing Health Disparities. He is currently licensed in Virginia and Ohio and is authorized to conduct telehealth to patients in over 30 states.

In addition, Nabil has over 13 years of experience in organizational leadership, including a successful 4-year stint as the chlef executive of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and a 9-year tenure at the American Psychological Association. He received the Achievement for Public Information Award from the Ohio Psychological Association in recognition of outreach in Spanish following the Virginia Tech shooting. He currently serves on the ASAE Board of Directors and completed a term as Chair of the CalSAE DEI Committee.

Today, as founder and principal of Executive Therapy & Consulting, Nabil provides exemplary mental health services and education to executives, leaders, and organizations so that they can perform optimally. Nabil is a sought after bilingual global speaker who has spoken on 5 continents who had led interviews, moderated panels, and delivered keynotes for numerous multinational companies, universities, and associations.
