Come join us for one of our most popular Lunch and Learn sessions – Nonprofit Industry Benchmark Reporting for 2021!

This in-person session will feature representatives from Blackbaud/Target Analytics and M+R as they share key performance indicator data from the second year of the pandemic. They’ll share highlights of their respective benchmark reporting studies and provide an interactive audience Q & A and discussion format.

They’ll focus on the following:

  • Valuable industry fundraising trends and analysis
  • Key digital fundraising trends and KPI’s
  • Key learnings and some unexpected finds from 2021
  • Giving Tuesday and other year-end digital fundraising metrics
  • Outlook for 2022 and beyond

Deb Ashmore, Principal Analytics Consulting, Blackbaud/Target Analytics and Sarah DiJulio, Partner, M+R

Deb Ashmore joined Blackbaud in 2014 and has been working in the non-profit industry for more than 20 years. In her current role, Deb uses Blackbaud donorCentrics reports and interactive products to assist clients across a variety of sectors in understanding their donor trends and informing strategies for long term file growth. Formerly, she was the Director of Individual Giving at WXPN in Philadelphia, and VP Communications for McPherson Associates, a direct marketing and fundraising consultancy firm. She has launched and managed a successful recurring donor program and has assisted a broad range of clients with fundraising via new technologies. Deb is based in Philadelphia, PA.

Sarah DiJulio launched M+R’s digital advocacy and fundraising work in 2001, and led the creation of M+R’s flagship Benchmarks Study. She has worked closely with dozens of nonprofits over the years, including Oxfam America, the Nature Conservancy, Smithsonian Institution, and American Red Cross, among others.
