Senior Merge Processing Account Manager, MMI Direct – Columbia, MD or Remote

headquartered in Columbia, MD, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced merge
processing production specialist to manage and execute data hygiene and merge/purge
requirements for our nonprofit clients and their creative agencies. Our client‐partner base is

The Senior Merge Processing Account Manager is a client‐facing role which involves
collaborating with MMI’s client services teams, data providers, client‐side teams, and additional
internal and external resources to provide our client‐partners with the solutions they need to
enhance their donor, member and customer acquisition efforts.
The position requires a proficiency (10+ years) of working on large, complex and consumer data
sets with a high aptitude for data quality/hygiene strategies, process and procedures, data
processing integrity and quality control, creative solutions, and continuous improvement.
The Senior Merge Processing Account Manager will develop and maintain documentation of
programs, and organize and effectively manage workload demands. The ideal candidate will
identify and pursue opportunities to improve quality assurance and increase process efficiencies.
Education and Experience:
10+ years of experience in a merge/purge data processing production environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience
Skills in the following areas are required: data manipulation, data hygiene, USPS standardization, data segmentation; and creation and modification of stored procedures and data conversion between various data formats. Prior experience with scheduler software, such as VisualCron and data quality software such as Precisely or Firstlogic is a plus. Candidates must have exceptional time management and organizational skills and a positive and
personable manner, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities. Attention to
detail is a must. Competence in Microsoft Office and Teams is required. Must be eager to work
on a team and independently in a fully remote environment, and perform all other duties as
assigned by management.

This full‐time exempt position offers a typical salary range of $65,000‐$85,000. Final salary will be determined by a variety of factors including experience, geography, education, and proficiency with the required software tools. The full compensation package includes flexibility around core workday hours and a benefits package that includes health, dental, vision and 401k, profit sharing and ESOP retirement plans along with professional development opportunities. Candidates from the following states in the Eastern Time Zone are preferred: (MD, PA, VA, DC, FL, MA, NC, NH, or SC).
