Part-Time Fulfillment Coordinator (30 Hours/Week)

Location: McLean, VA (Tysons Corner)
Schedule: On-site, 30 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + Quarterly Bonuses (Profit Sharing)

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Coordinator to help ensure client satisfaction through accurate, timely, and high-quality fulfillment operations.

Position Overview

As a Fulfillment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that donors receive accurate and timely thank you letters and gift item packages. You will work closely with vendors, and our creative teams to support multiple clients. This is a hands-on, on-site role requiring organizational excellence, an eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring gift item inventory and item deliveries
  • Coordinate thank you programs (e-mail and print)
  • Receive and process data files from fulfillment mail shops
  • Create and monitor specialized, client specific processes as required

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience working with vendors and coordinating logistics preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Comfortable learning internal systems and following documented processes.
  • Professional, dependable, and able to work independently.
