We're looking for a data processing professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you'll get to work on the direct marketing fundraising programs of top national and regional nonprofit brands dedicated to saving lives, protecting the environment, finding cures and more.
The Data Conversion Analyst's primary responsibility is converting data files supplied by MMI clients and list brokers to the company's internal formats. This position involves working directly with MMI Account Managers on a variety of client programs and reports to an MMI Team Leader. Candidates who demonstrate an ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks and competing demands in a supportive, remote team environment will thrive in this position.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage List of Data Files for each direct marketing project, analyzing all incoming data files for accuracy and quality. Communicate with account managers, list brokers and clients as needed regarding List of Data Files status and changes, quantity clarification and verification, and file identification research.
Analyze and determine conversion requirements and specifications and convert supplied data to MMI internal format(s).
Set up job parameters and process files using various data conversion tools and software
systems.
Submit files for NCOA processing.
Work closely with account managers on specific conversion instructions unique to each project.
Analyze, clarify and resolve any data issues, escalating if needed. Review and perform quality control of all data processing steps.
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with teammates, clients and partners.
Identify opportunities to improve quality assurance and process efficiencies.
Candidates must have exceptional client service skills including a positive and personable manner, along with strong written and verbal communications skills. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office with an advanced knowledge of Excel; experience with Data Junction and Group 1 is preferred.

Travel Requirement: Less than 10%
The Data Conversion Analyst may be expected to participate at our primary annual industry conference. The PMG Family requires on-site participation at our All Hands meetings that occur 3 times per year in Columbia, MD.
