Associate Account Director

ASSOCIATE ACCOUNT DIRECTOR, CLIENT SERVICES – AudienceFirst Media, a division of Moore, Lanham, MD

 

As the Associate Account Director, Client Services, you will be a key client relationship manager focusing on the development of client program strategy, research, and creation and implementation of acquisition campaigns to drive new donor growth for our nonprofit clients. This role is based in Lanham, MD with a hybrid schedule. Remote candidates will also be considered.

Your Impact:

  • Serve as the key contact responsible for building strong relationships and trust with clients.
  • Monitor performance and recommend program optimization opportunities.
  • Interpret both qualitative and quantitative research to solve client challenges.
  • Complete and deliver integrated media campaign plans based on budget goals provided by client/partners.
  • Produce client performance reports.
  • Plan and participate in client meetings.
  • Investigate new media test opportunities and strategies.
  • Drive price negotiations with key media vendors.
  • Oversee and approve final campaign volumes, package splits, and model applications.
  • Develop quarterly and annual performance review presentations to clients.
  • Lead meetings with cooperative databased partners to review performance and data needs for future model development.
  • Help develop client budgets and monitor performance to budget.
  • Understand broader products and services within Moore.

 

Your Profile:

  • 5+ years of agency or client direct marketing fundraising experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Advanced knowledge of direct marketing performance metrics required.
  • Strong understanding of predictive modeling and analytics required.
  • Ability to manage day-to-day program execution for multiple clients.
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Office software.
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, and highly organized.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Enjoy working in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective presentation skills.
