ACCOUNT DIRECTOR, CLIENT SERVICES - AudienceFirst Media, a division of Moore, Lanham, MD
As the Account Director, Client Services, you will be a key client relationship manager focusing on the development and delivery of strategic program recommendations, research, and campaign planning/execution to drive new donor growth for our clients. This role is based in Lanham, MD with a hybrid schedule. Remote candidates will also be considered.

Your Impact:
- Build and maintain a strong relationship and trust with clients and agency partner(s).
- Manage 3-5+ clients, depending on size, campaign frequency, and complexity.
- Act as key driver of client meetings/calls.
- Continually monitor and interpret client results.
- Analyze variances in performance and comment on reasons for change.
- Make recommendations to optimize program performance based on results.
- Oversee development and execution of client campaigns.
- Develop client budgets and performance forecasts and reports on budget to actual results.
- Develop and deliver quarterly and annual client performance reviews.
- Monitor market factors and interpret impact on clients’ programs.
- Initiates thought leaderships whitepapers, blog posts, and presentations.
- Understand broader products and services with Moore companies and partners.Oversee training and quality of team’s work.
Your Profile:
- 7+ years of agency or client direct marketing fundraising experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Advanced knowledge of direct marketing performance metrics required.
- Strong project management and multitasking ability.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of data processing/merge purge processes.
- Good grasp of cooperative database modeling and segmentation.
- Desire to manage people and supervise projects.
- Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective presentation skills.
