Are you considering a database or CRM migration, or curious about how to approach this often-fraught topic? In this engaging conversation, you'll gain insights into:

  • Best Practices and Avoiding Common Pitfalls: The five essential keys to a successful assessment and migration
  • Assessing Your System Needs: How to figure out what you need, identify, and gather all your stakeholders, and conduct an RFP
  • Migrating to a new System: How to plan and execute a smooth migration – on time and on budget (it can be done!)
  • Optimizing the New System: Ensure you're meeting (or exceeding!) your goals, keeping track of enhancements, and partnering with your client team

Don't miss out – reserve your spot today as space is limited!
