As Principal and Founder of Brenna Holmes Advisory Consulting, I partner with nonprofits and values-driven organizations to strengthen leadership, optimize teams and systems, and accelerate mission impact through digital-first strategy and organizational design. Drawing on more than sixteen years of experience across public relations, public administration, education, fundraising, and omnichannel marketing, I help clients navigate transformation with clarity, creativity, and measurable results.

Through my firm, I provide fractional leadership, executive coaching, and consulting focused on digital program audits, team optimization, tech stack modernization, and change management. My approach blends data-driven insights with human-centered design to build capacity, improve collaboration, and ensure sustainable growth.

Throughout my career, I’ve developed and led a profitable digital department within a multichannel agency, built high-performing teams, and cultivated partnerships that deliver meaningful outcomes across sectors and multiyear campaigns across animal rights, sustainability, healthcare, hunger, and civil liberties. I’m especially passionate about creating equitable and inclusive workplaces and advancing women, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ professionals in leadership.

As a DMAW Board Member, I’m committed to advancing professional development, fostering community among direct and digital marketers, and championing technology as a force for social good. I believe that purposeful strategy, supported by the right systems and people, is the key to lasting impact.
