Maria Shanley is a results-driven fundraiser and marketing strategist with 16 years of experience in campaign development and analytics. As Director of Marketing and Data Management at Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida, she leads the communications, annual giving, and development data teams, guiding them to share impactful stories and use data strategies to inspire giving.   

Maria’s leadership approach fosters collaboration, innovation, and clarity to achieve impactful results. She offers expertise in fundraising best practices through webinars and speaking engagements.
