We are a well-established, Washington, DC direct mail fundraising agency seeking a Production Coordinator to manage the production of direct mail fundraising packages for advocacy clients, candidates, as well as various other nonprofit organizations.
Two years direct mail marketing experience required including experience with direct mail and printers. Candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task. Software skills must include Word and Excel.
- Working with our creative team to coordinate direct mail packages with print vendors, list brokers, and computer service bureaus.
- Competitively bid out these mailings to printers.
- Track deadlines and keep to strict mail schedules.
- Catalogue and archive direct mail marketing packages.
Starting salary is $50-58k commensurate with experience. In addition, commission and bonuses are part of the compensation package. Secured parking included. The position would require being full-time in our downtown DC office.
