Coordinates scheduling, processing, and trafficking of projects from inception to completion by performing the following duties.


Serves as liaison between clients, outside vendors, and inter-departments to coordinate efficient and timely project management.

Translates client instructions and logs project into Job Center through the various departments and phases of the production processes.

Updates production schedules daily.

Provides timelines for each project and sends clients daily updates.

Maintains project documentation and materials that support the flow of the project and QC process.

QCs reporting and product drafts before submitting to client for approval.  Upon approval request final hardcopies for final production phases for submission.

Proofreads and QCs copy, setups and insertion samples before each phase of production to ensure accuracy and quality of work performed.

Monitors job progress and directs production scheduling to meet client deadlines.

Reviews and maintains inventory oversight for all projects or programs.

Coordinates job estimates with assistance from Estimating department.

Generates client billing and routes for approval as necessary.

Performs other job duties as assigned.


• Work requires a knowledge of business and an excellent command of the English language.

• Must have knowledge of administrative procedures, and knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment.

• Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software.

• Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.

• Some analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work.

• Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.


Bachelor's (B.A.) degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets, Powerpoint, and be comfortable in a Windows operating system environment.
