ACCOUNT MANAGER – AudienceFirst Media, Lanham, MD  


As the Account Manager with AudienceFirst Media, you will be responsible for the creation and implementation of direct mail acquisition media plans for a diverse set of non-profit clients, utilizing performance outcomes, research and directed strategies to inform planning and support new donor growth for our clients.

Your Impact:

  • Key project management communicator for clients and partners.
  • Produce client performance reports; identifies trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Build client media campaign plans based on budget goals.
  • Work with data processing partners to finalize direct mail counts, predictive modeling applications, and package volumes.
  • Perform research on new media test opportunities.
  • Coordinate meetings with cooperative database partners to review performance and data needs.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3 + years of experience, with a direct marketing agency or nonprofit client.
  • Understand direct marketing performance metrics.
  • Basic understanding of predictive modeling and analytics.
  • Manage day-to-day program execution for multiple clients.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
