At KAP, the Account Director – List Broker is expected to serve and satisfy multiple accounts.  Responsibilities includes strategic direct mail planning, list plan development, campaign analysis, researching and presenting test list recommendations, and rate negotiation.

You will be responsible for developing accurate and comprehensive list plans. Analyze and interpret historical campaign performance and apply knowledge to future campaign strategies and planning. Ensure timely delivery of services to clients, including mail plans, test recommendations and campaign analyses and can build campaign-level acquisition annual budget. Knowledge of co-operative databases and specific modeling approaches. Candidate must have a solid competency in MS Office, including PowerPoint and advanced Excel. Pivot tables and v-lookup experience is required. 3+ years of experience in direct marketing, specifically within the list brokerage area is required.
